2023 Anesthesia Fall Retreat - Exhibitors & Sponsors

The Massachusetts Society of Anesthesiologists would like to invite you to exhibit at our Anesthesia Fall Retreat, to be held on Friday, October 27, 2023 through Sunday, October 29, 2023 at Ocean Edge Resort and Golf Club in Brewster, MA. The Society's Fall meeting is expected to brings together over 100 anesthesiologists for a weekend of clinical education and social programming.

Except for the Reception Sponsor, all the exhibit hours will be held on October 28th and 29th. The Reception Sponsor will have a separate exhibition hour on Friday, October 27th. This unique opportunity allows the sponsor to exclusively showcase their products and services to attendees. 

In addition to the sponsorship opportunity, your company will receive additional promotional opportunities throughout the year leading up to the MSA 2024 Annual Meeting in May.

Note: Unless noted in the sponsorship package, sponsorship opportunities are in addition to the exhibit fee of $1,500, and all sponsors must also register to exhibit. Space is limited!
